Rounding out his outsourcing expertise, Richard also has significant experience in financial management, resource staffing and planning, asset sales, and contractual terminations. Richard’s onshore and offshore projects have spanned Applications Development & Maintenance, IT Infrastructure & Help Desk, Billing & Customer Care, Finance & Accounting, and Check Processing.  He has worked in Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Transportation, Manufacturing, Energy, Financial Services and Real Estate industries.  Prior to forming ThinkSolutions, Richard was an outsourcing specialist at TPI for 8 years and at AT&T for 13 years where he held various leadership positions including CFO for Service Engineering and Development, managed outsourcing service providers and implemented major accounting systems.  Before joining AT&T, Richard was with KPMG and worked as a Certified Public Accountant.

ANDREW sawyer [+]

Andrew brings over 20 years of IT Management experience.  He has extensive experience in negotiating outsourcing contracts and managing long term vendor relationships.  Andrew also has IT Service Delivery experience including establishing and operating the Program Management Office which had an annual operating budget of $32M.  Andrew also has unique, large scale IT Service Delivery experience from both the vendor and customer perspective.  Prior to joining ThinkSolutions Andrew spent 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their IT Effectiveness practice and 3 years with Fujitsu America in their Software as a Service (SaaS) group with an emphasis on SalesForce.com.  He provided IT Management consulting and implementation services in the areas of Cloud Computing and On-demand applications.  His main area of focus was with SalesForce.com and the Force.com platform.  Andrew holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree in the Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania’s Engineering School/Wharton School of Business.

Scott brings over 15 years of IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, financial experience, and is fluent in Spanish. He has expertise in project management, financial management and risks, contract document development, negotiations, service levels, and post-contract sourcing management support. Scott’s projects have included Applications Development & Maintenance, IT Infrastructure, and Shared Services.  He was responsible defining Services for business critical applications, hosting and network services, and end user support. He was also the financial expert in developing a business case, pricing structure, financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and advisor to the financial and accounting organizations.  Prior to joining ThinkSolutions, Scott was a Senior Advisor at TPI for 4 years where he was responsible for managing financial complexities and risks associated with global outsourcing contracts, developing contract documents, and implementing governance process.  Scott has a Business Management degree with emphasis in International Finance from Brigham Young University.

Antonio (Tony) Goicouria has over 6 years consulting and outsourcing experience. Prior to joining ThinkSolutions Tony was responsible for managing day to day activities for multiple IT departments in medium to large sized firms. Tony’s range of outsourcing experience includes; developing RFPs, Vendor Selection and Management, providing Governance support for outsourced IT Services, Transition Services, Performance Management Services, Contract Management Services and leading and facilitating Vendor Solution Workshops. His experience covers a wide range of industries such as Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Manufacturing. He studied Computer Science at Florida International University

Bernadette Fruto [+]

Bernadette is an accomplished corporate finance professional with experience in the entertainment industry.  She has over 16 years of expertise in strategic planning, outsourcing, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis.  Currently, she is working on a sourcing project for a major broadcasting company.  In addition, she has experience with SAP and completed a project with Universal Music Group, in which she provided consulting services on the SAP testing, implementation and training for UMG’s North America Artist and Copyright Royalties.  Bernadette was Director of Finance at Warner Music Group with responsibility for managing the Corporate Information Technology budget.  She has also held finance positions at Universal Music Group, Universal Studios, and Countrywide Financial Corp.  Bernadette holds a MBA from the Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine.
